We guarantee that our conversions will put a smile on your face. However, we understand that unless you are familiar with the fittings & internal components that smile could be quickly wiped away when you encounter an issue. Don't worry!

Most fall in love with the concept of coasting up steep hills with ease, or going for that long bike ride your stamina wouldn't usually afford, especially for a reduced cost. But if and when things go wrong, where do you turn? Does upgrading your existing bike mean that you have to skimp on warranties, quality & aftercare? Or do you need experience building and maintaining bicycles & electronic components? Absolutely not!

As standard we include fitting and a FREE bike service (charges for replacement parts apply) with FREE motor maintenance when needed to ensure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
We provide a local warranty service covering every aspect of your new system. With a 12 month manufacturer & 24 month fitting warranty, you can be assured that you wont be disappointed.

Most suppliers who sell e-bike conversion kits online only offer a very basic return to base warranty (i.e. you have to remove the system from your bike yourself and send it back to them for repair via carrier (often at your own expense). To top it all off, they are often based in either China or Europe so your wait won't be a short one.

We offer a local service and stock major parts. We can fix the majority of faults quickly in house and without the need for you to dismantle your bike. With fast turnaround times and updates via text/email along the way, you can expect a fast, high quality & local service.
